All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. All other fields are subject to change upon customer request. All details will be final once agreement form is drafted and signed.
Terms of Service
Deposit: A $99 non-refundable deposit is required to set booking date. The remainder of payment is due one week (7 days) before event date at latest.
Date changes and cancellations: $99 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. Any request for a date change must be made at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date the payment shall be refunded in full minus deposit.
Mileage fee: A mileage fee of fifty cents ($0.50) per mile will be added to all event rentals.
Wifi outtage: The client understands that all images from this booth are sent via Wifi/LTE connection and photos may be delayed to guests if the connection is lost or the signal is weakened. All photos taken at the event will be sent to guests once a strong connection is made.
Outdoor events: For the protection of our equipment, overhead cover is required if event is outdoors. If the venue has no or insufficient cover, a pop up tent will be supplied at a charge of $75.
Damage to providers equipment: The client is responsible for loss or damage to the provider’s equipment caused by: a) any misuse of the provider‘s equipment by the client or its guests b) any theft or disaster, (including but not limited to rain, fire or flood, etc), c) any damage caused by the client requesting the booth to be set up outside without a covering, d) any vandalism to provider’s equipment, e) not returned.
Model release: Client agrees to and understands the following: Desoto Photo Booth owns the copyright and reserves the right to use, photographic portraits or pictures of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, for any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose.
Relocation of equipment: (Aside from props on prop table) under no circumstances should any of the providers equipment be moved or relocated by anyone other that the provider. A $100 fee will be charged if any equipment is moved by clients or guests.
Required floor space: All rentals require at least 10 feet by 10 feet of floor space plus 8 feet of ceiling space.
